short note on state legislatures.
Ans-1 The state legislature are the law making authority of the state most
of States have only one house in their legislatures. i.e legislative Assembly
or vidhan Sabha. While some others have two houses. The vidhan Sabha or
legislative Assembly. i.e the lower house and vidhan parishad or legislative
council i.e the upper house..
Que 2 How does
a bill become a law?
Ans-2 If the bill is introduced in the vidhan parishad it goes through
three readings after which it is sent to vidhansabha. If the vidhansabha also
approves it it is sent to the Governor for his approval after which it becomes
law.
Que 3 What is a
money bill? How is it past?
Ans-3 A money bill can originated
in the vidhansabha only. A Minister introduce it with the governors consent for
stop after the vidhan Sabha passes it it is sent to the vidhan parishad. The
vidhan parishad cannot delete the bill for more than 14 days after which it is
considered as passed by both the houses and send to the governors approval.

the structure of bureaucracy in a state?
Ans.4A Bureaucracy is a large administrative organisation that handles the
day-to-day business of a government bureaucracies have four key characteristics

hierarchy,specialisation and division of labour and a set of formal rules or
standard operating procedures.

Ans-5 The chief minister is the real head of a state all the powers of the
Governor are exercised by him.
