Ans.3 Buddha declared that the life of moderation is the way to attend peace and happiness that is a noble eight-fold path.

 

4. Who was Vardhaman Mahavira and what were his teachings?

Ans.4 Vardhamana Mahavira was founder of Jainism.

Mahaveer taught his followers to believe in and practice

Ahinsa aur absolute non violence, honesty, kindness,, truthfulness.

 

5.What are Upanishad and what do they teach?

Ans.5 The Upanishad taught man to concentrate on Brahma the creator and atman soul .they advocated that man should live a spiritual life which would lead to their unification with the creator after.
